After five days at the fair, KW-Software GmbH looks back on a successful Hanover Trade Fair 2006. With 40% of foreign visitors we have reached a new record and we could further extend our internationality. Everybody at our stand in hall 11 was in high spirit.

The highlight of the Hanover Industry Fair 2006 was:

Software for safety technology according to IEC 61508 SIL3

Already today, KW-Software offers a complete platform for parameterization up to programming of varying applications containing certified software components according to IEC 61508.

In the context of the Hanover Industry Trade Fair 2006, KW-Software was the first company that obtained the PLCopen Safety Certificate for its safe programming system SAFEPROG.

Further highlights:

• Automation Framework: the component-based software platform for single tools and frameworks, based on .NET.
• ProConOS embedded CLR: the new, open IEC 61131 PLC runtime system for drives and small controls
• MULTIPROG/MULTIPROG Suite - the IEC 61131 programming system and
• ProVisIT - the cost-effective and multifunctional machine visualization.
