| Up-to-date automation suites include software for nearly each project phase and task: E-CAD, field bus/network configurator, PLC programming, SCADA, etc. All tools in question must be able to access common objects for this purpose. However, difficulties often arise when it comes to data transfer, as frequently, no common object data pool exists which is available to all tools.
Our solution for this problem is called "Automation Interface". As all important data can be displayed directly in MULTIPROG®, frequent switching between the different tools during programming and commissioning becomes superfluous! Consistency is monitored continuously, which further diminishes the engineering effort for PLC programming. |

Integration through ActiveX and add-ins In automation solutions, various tools of different manufacturers are often responsible for individual subtasks. In order to take this fact into consideration, ActiveX controls can be integrated as control bars in MULTIPROG® via the AddIn interface. This way, MULTIPROG® can be used in individual suites without any problems and you can implement additional customer-specific functionalities via this interface. |
