Simplification of engineering through tool integration
With the open engineering platform MULTIPROG® SUITE consisting of
- MULTIPROG® for IEC 61131 programming,
- SYCON (fieldbus configurator by Hilscher) for bus configuration and connecting PROFInet components
- ProVisIT for visualization
a system is available which simplifies handling of automation solutions even for complex distributed plants and even if different fieldbus systems are used.
Based on COM technology, engineering becomes integrated and thus easier to handle. The data of all associated tools are compatible and kept consistent. This way it is also possible to use a scalable solution consisting of only one or two of the tools described above up to the entire suite. |
