Floating windows provide a better overview

Floating windows allow an optimal utilization of your screen by comfortably showing and hiding opened controls:

Individual windows can be hidden by clicking the pin icon. Then, they are moved minimized to the edge of the screen until you need them again.

By simply moving the mouse onto the tab of a hidden window, the corresponding control is restored at its original position and in its original size.
