Formalities for application:
The number of participants is limited to 6 persons. The applications are considered in order of the entries. The application is valid following written confirmation by us, it can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before start of the seminar. A stand-by person can be appointed until the beginning of the seminar.
Liability:
The KW-Software GmbH reserves the right to cancel seminars if there are not enough participants until the Friday before the seminar is due to start, even if the application has been confirmed. Seminar documents have been composed to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot be held liable for their accuracy or their content being correct. Furthermore, KW-Software cannot be held liable for damages and consequential losses resulting from the seminars and the seminar documentation.
Costs and terms of payment:
The course fee is 1,660.00 Euro per participant, additionally 340.00 Euro for participating in the extension of complex data types, excluding statutory taxes. This includes conference documents, provision of a computer for 2 persons to share each, lunch, drinks during breaks as well as joint dinner. The invoice will be sent after completion of the seminar. The terms of payment of the KW-Software GmbH apply. All prices exclude statutory taxes and mailing expenses. Invoices are to be paid within 14 days in full. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Accommodation:
For staying overnight in Lemgo, special conditions can be applied for in the Hansa-Hotel +49 (0) 52 61 / 94 05-0, 5 minutes walk from the conference venue, by mentioning "KW-Software". Alternatively, you can book into the Schloßhotel Stadtpalais +49 (0) 52 61 / 25 89 00 in the city center of Lemgo, as well as the hotel "An der Ilse" +49 (0) 52 66 / 80 90. The latter is 5 km outside of Lemgo, but it offers a special price for visitors of our company.
Hardware:
For the practical part of the seminar, a computer is made available for two participants each. However, bringing your own computer is very welcome, as long as its capacity meets the requirements of modern Windows applications (1.4 GHz, 512 MB).
Software:
Each participant will receive the KW product CD, which enables installation of the demo version of the MULTIPROG standard programming system with full functionality and integrated ProConOS target system as virtual PLC.
